1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Richmond County School System Transportation Department employment application system (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Richmond County School System ("RCSS," "we," "us," or "our") and is intended solely for individuals applying for employment with RCSS Transportation Department.

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit multiple applications with different information

5. Background Checks and Consent

By submitting an application, you acknowledge and consent to:

• Driving Record Checks: Motor vehicle records and driving history verification
• Employment Verification: Contact with current and former employers
• Reference Checks: Contact with provided professional references

• Drug Testing: Pre-employment and random drug screening as required by federal regulations

You understand that background check results may affect your eligibility for employment and that certain positions require specific clearances.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
