1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Richmond County School System Transportation Department employment application portal. By accessing or submitting an application through this portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable district policies.

This application system is operated by the Richmond County School System ("RCSS") solely for individuals seeking employment in student transportation roles.

2. Applicant Eligibility Standards

To submit an application for consideration, candidates must satisfy the following minimum criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age for Bus Driver positions, or at least 18 years of age for Bus Attendant / Monitor positions.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving history (for driving roles).
• Affirm that all information submitted in the application is accurate, truthful, and complete.

3. Application & Screening Protocol

By submitting an application, you certify and agree that:

• All statements and answers provided in the application are complete and true. Any material misrepresentation or omission may result in immediate disqualification or termination of employment.
• Submission of an application does not constitute a contract of employment or guarantee of an interview.
• You authorize RCSS Transportation to conduct comprehensive reference, background, credential, and motor vehicle checks.
